Steps to reproduce:

1 Insert two sim card with different operator
2.Enter settings App


Actual results:

two STK app should be in the list 


Expected results:

One STK app is in the list
block the sanity test

Lets ask Wilfred about this question.

this will happen in v1.4   - duplicate of already existing user story.

According to Comment 4, this bug will not be fixed in 1.3.
