Details

Content ratings is acquired once when the app is submitted to the Marketplace. However, packaged apps have newer versions and the content rating may not be applicable to a newer version of the app.

This may not be a big deal but may be we can have a checkbox or Info section which informs the developer that they need to update the content rating for the app if major parts of the app have changed.
this bug got filed twice.
