Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:26.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/26.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20131205075310

Steps to reproduce:

Running on Windows 7 Home Premium x64
Open Mozilla Maximized (Not full screen)
Open Window's Magnifier.
Click off Mozilla window and then back onto it. (Make it lose and regain focus)

-Only fix I've found for it- (Short of restarting the computer)
Close Window's Magnifier and Mozilla Firefox
Open Task Manager
Find "explorer.exe" in processes and End Process
Click "New Task" and type in "explorer.exe".

Actual results:

Mozilla maximizes for the full height of the screen and overlaps the Window's Taskbar.

Expected results:

Nothing should have happened.
I was not been able to reproduce the issue. Could you please try the following, to see if you still reproduce the issue:

1) running in Safe mode:

2) try this with a clean profile:
