Steps to reproduce:

On win7, I cannot add participants to tasks (events are ok): the menu item is greyed out and not functional.

If I manually add to the VTODO in the ics file:
ORGANIZER;RSVP=TRUE;CN=Klaus;PARTSTAT=ACCEPTED;ROLE=CHAIR:mailto:someemail@nn.nn

then the menu item is active, the participant is shown.

intention, bug?? Does this functionality work?
OS: All → Windows 7
Hardware: All → x86_64

Wayne, this might be a duplicate of bug 445982 as inviting participants to a task (VTODO) is not supported.
