Or: press F9
Does this open the folder pane and does it remain open?

Hi! I got your email saying this worked for you. Can you confirm that the folder pane remains open?

To confirm the reporter emailed me to say that the folder pane has remained open to date. I'll close this bug as WORKSFORME for the time being. But you can reopen if the problem crops up again. If you can't login you can contact me via email.
