9562 - [FLASH] Plug-in height and width do not function

On the page listed above, the height and the width of the flash animation does
not work as it should. The animation is in % not pixles. I did not see any other
 reports of this problem but there may be.

The same flaw (percentage of screen, Flash helper app) is very noticeably
manifested at... (look not at me!)... http://www.bo2k.com/ with the
MICROSOFT WINDOWS 98 Appruner of 1999070910.

This sounds like another duplicate of 7509 from the description --- that width
and heights represented in percentages are sized as if they were represented in
pixels

(e.g. 100x100 pixels for a 100% by 100% animation.)
