I can navigate using backspace, however those buttons are really needed. Expected results: In Firefox Australis there everything works OK.

Thanks for taking the time to report this! Does the problem still happen if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? (Safe Mode disables extensions and themes, hardware acceleration and some JavaScript stuff in order to exclude some possible reasons for problems. It does not disable plugins which are add-ons.) See http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode And does this also happen with a new and empty profile? See http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic%20Troubleshooting#w_8-make-a-new-profile and http://support.mozilla.org/kb/Managing%20profiles . If you still see this problem in the new profile, please enter the address "about:support" in the address bar and attach (using the "Add an attachment" link above) the output for your original profile (not the new profile), as the "Modified Preferences" section could be interesting. Thanks for your help!

In Safe Mode navigation buttons works OK. In normal mode even if I disable all addons there are still missing nav buttons. What can I do? The last thing what I want to do is restoring firefox to factory settings (hard reset or uninstall).

Disable your add-ons one by one and find the one to blame...

Well I did it before you wrote that :-) It still doesn`t work. I manually added those buttons using: Firefox menu buttons - Options - Toolbar settings - Deafult layout (menu names can be different in eng because I`ve got polish FF). I will try to find out how this error occurs.

The controls going missing is the result of moving back and forth from Australis to 'regular' Firefox. We fixed this in 'regular' (non-Australis) Firefox 28 to automatically re-add the buttons, but we should probably backport the fix, at least to 27.

Well, I had this problem with nav btns before installing Australis. That was the reason to install Australis.
