When creating a new report, location fields of the report should get autopopulated using the location information from rep's profile. There is already a code snippet in master, but it's broken / incomplete. https://github.com/mozilla/remo/commit/6be202d71e3bd6d732c153fcbdd1190112fe46c8#diff-6d2911785124b6f5dd214d30c6d58259R126
Some additional clarifying info: This bug is about the manual report creation form. 1) On other location input forms (like event creation), we prepopulate the form with the user's location information. We don't do that on report creation, and we should. 2) On other location input forms we allow the user to change the string that is generated from the prepopulation OR from the reverse geocoding (if they click on the map) to any arbitrary string. We don't do that on report creation, and we should. In summary, it should work like event creation works.
