http://domenic.me/aplus-tests-against-the-browser/ has comprehensive tests for browser Promise implementations. It would be better to port them to our harnesses rather than implement our own tests.

Would be even better if those used testharness.js, so they only need to be translated once, rather than once for each browser.

The eventual plan is to port them to test262 style (not sure if that's the same as testharness.js).
