Steps to reproduce:

Went to History
Searched for Facebook (i had about 35000 entries) - selected all, pressed Del (or right click and delete all for website)


Actual results:

Firefox is dead and once for a while there is a question if i want to stop or continue a lot of scripts (tried to continue on all of them for about 1 hour... no luck, still nothing removed from history)


Expected results:

History removing shouldn't hang WHOLE Firefox
History should be removed much faster

while it will still hang for a little bit until we rewrite this piece of code, this is basically still a dupe of 913160, with the offending code backed out the situation should be improved. There are older bugs traking the slow history removals remaining issues.
