Originally moved out of accessibility.css in: https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/commit/3d76d5d671c9538450f08b192223d1be6a8d618a
Later revived in: https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/commit/6bc74140a03e7bd6a1870d3017704239bb0221f6
I assume the later revival was a mistake as we now have duplicate rules.
