For the purposes of this bug, 'collection' refers to the set of what the PRD and prototype call 'collection', 'mega collection', and 'article'. The data model for these are the same and they are created from the same form. However, note their different presentations. All are created by the same form.


This bug represents the form linked to by clicking 'Collections and Articles' from the 'Create Content' tab shown in the prototype linked in bug 937000, comment 1.

- Name, description are translatable
- Background/text colors may be chosen with color picker
- Background image may be uploaded to replace colors chosen in color picker
- It may be previewed. This likely requires a minimal featured app creation form, which saves the object on submission and redirects to the edit page.
- Apps may be added to collection; selection should be autocompleted, similar to the lookup tool. The autocomplete dropdown should include the app's languages, available regions, and platforms.
- Apps within a collection may be ordered via drag/drop
- Apps may be removed from a collection.
- For some collections, apps may be grouped into arbitrarily-named sections. Those section names should be translatable, the sections themselves should be orderable, and apps within the sections should also be orderable.
