This bug represents the form linked to by clicking 'Editorial Brands' from the 'Create Content' tab shown in the prototype linked in bug 937000, comment 1.

- These should be stored as collections
- The selection of a specific brand implies an icon, title, and pluralized title. Additional brands should be addable by modifying a setting. Titles and pluralized titles should be marked as translatable strings.
- Inclusion of the brand's icon is optional
- Apps may be added to collection; selection should be autocompleted, similar to the lookup tool. The autocomplete dropdown should include the app's languages, available regions, and platforms.
- Apps can be ordered within brand
- Apps can be removed from brand
