steps to reproduce: 1. Upload an app 2. After submission, don't complete the Content Ratings setup. 3. Go to My Submissions page 4. For the newly submitted app,click on 'Set up Content Ratings' link expected behavior: https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/developers/app/test-app-eer7967/content_ratings/edit loads observed behavior: https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/developers/next_step%5B%27url%27%5D loads

Bonus points for adding spacing above that link or aligning it after the text 'This app needs to get a content rating.'

https://github.com/mozilla/zamboni/pull/1595 I just removed the link since it is already shown in the actions. So we just change the STR to click on that other "Set up Content Ratings" link.
