956869 - Make nsJSContext and nsJSEnvironment.cpp consistent

It seems confusing that we have an nsJSEnvironment.cpp but there's no class with that name.  Maybe we could rename it to nsJSContext.cpp?  Not that nsJSContext is a great name either, being easily confusable with JSContext.
