Description

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:26.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/26.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20131205075310

Steps to reproduce:

- connect to WiFi network;
- check for new updates from "settings" menu;
- open any app and leave it in foreground;
- wait for info about new software updates (in my case, it was one app and system);
- open update dialogue from notification bar while your app is in foreground;
- on the update screen do not press "Download" nor "Later" and just try hardware "Back" button to hide update menu.

Actual results:

Pressing "Back" button was closing fg app and it was sending me to launcher from where it sent me to desktop.

Expected results:

Pressing hw "Back" button should cancel or hide update screen.
