Please can Chris Kritzer (ckritzer@netscape.com) have CVS access.

I will be his voucher. (I will be hand-holding him through CVS for the first 
few checkins and stuff.)

He will be checking in to webtools, and so does not need three superreviewers. He
will be working on "Loaderman", a tool to help with QA.

Er. I actually wrote the text above, not Chris, despite what Bugzilla says. Guess
I should look into why the username used for bug submissions is not that in the
cookie but that used in going to the bug submission page...
Anyway, I just gave the CVS contributor form to Marcia, so I think we're all set.
no longer needed.
