Steps to reproduce:
Opened a site with a 404 link css. (Minimal test case attached)
Actual results:
No warning is shown, not in Console or Network devtools tabs!
Expected results:
It should show a warning, like in Chrome devtools.
If you look at the attached it WILL work, unless you save the file and view the file:// link.
It would be great to make this consistent, for developers that develop on local files.
