Steps to reproduce:
- Enable Find as you Type
- Assign a browser function to single character shortcut key using Keyconfig extension, eg. "\"
Actual results:
Find as you Type overrides the shortcut key bind
Expected results:
Shortcut key bind should override Find as you Type
Or, at the very least there should be an option to ignore certain keys (symbols, punctuation) from triggering Find as you Type

Some keys are clearly ignored by Find as you Type already (such as the search in links only apostrophe ' key), so perhaps this behaviour could be extended
