Steps to reproduce:
If hardware acceleration enabled
Actual results:
Occasionally freeze (on various pages) a wait for other thread of SeaMonkey - problem in D2D ???
See please "Debug.gif" and "SeaMonkey.gif" from ProcessExplorer, if SeaMonkey freezed and wait for other thread ...
Expected results:
Not freeze, if hardware acceleration enabled ...

Windows 7 x64 user here with Firefox 37.0.1 here. Can confirm this is happening as well.
Disabling hardware acceleration fixes the problem, however the fonts rendered are horrendous. The freeze seems to happen most when you are switching tabs. System does not freeze, but Firefox will, without entire Window going into an opaque white screen.
