I am working with the January Nightly builds on desktop.

I was under the impression that about:accounts would be hidden (or at least disabled) until we set the following config:
identity.fxaccounts.enabled=true

As it turns out, I can access about:accounts immediately, even without that config defined or set to true.
In addition, I am able to set up a new Fxa/Sync account or "use" a current FxA/Sync account.
In both cases, I am not able to make sync work though, so it appears that setting/not setting the config changes the results of account creation/usage in Nightly.

Summary:
1. If identity.fxaccounts.enabled=true, I can create and use FxA with Sync in the current version of Nightly.
2. If identity.fxaccounts.enabled=false, I can still access and use about:accounts, but sync appears to fail
3. If identity.fxaccounts.enabled is not even defined, I can still access and use about:accounts, but sync appears to fail
