There are 101 Firefox system requirements PHP-based pages in the mozilla.com SVN repo. These pages should be ported to bedrock or archived in some form. Large groups of these pages are identical, except for the version number. For example, the release notes for all 12 Firefox 10.x releases are identical, as are 11 and 12 (probably more). We could reduce this to the actual number of unique files (renaming common pages as "Release Notes for Firefox versions 10 through 14", for example) and redirect the other identical pages. This could also be a candidate for the database in bedrock, but the contents don't change very often (and once published, they almost never change). We could just port them directly to bedrock. It's a bit of grunt work, but certainly do-able.

In IRC Jen added that every release has/will have a system requirements page, and that bug 439031, when completed, will let people navigate to them. As such I think they're a good candidate for being added to the RNA application. I will defer to Josh about whether such an addition is better to do before or after our anticipated launch before 2014-02-03.

Update: System requirements are built into production RNA. We still need to migrate data (bug 957830) and build a Bedrock template for these (bug 982336).

From what I understand, everything is in place to port this content. There are about 100 system requirements pages in SVN. Fortunately, most of them are very basic HTML that will be relatively easy to copy/paste into the RNA admin. I'm fine taking this on. Unless I'm told otherwise, I'll go ahead and get this started.
