Details
The "New" tab in the revamped IA of Marketplace will have a list of new apps. The apps should be be selected using the same logic as the current "New" tab on the Marketplace home.
The screenshot in the PRD is a bit aspirational: for starts, we'll just have the list of new apps. The editorially-selected one at the top will be tracked in a separate, lower-priority bug to be tackled later.
