Description:
A user using a US SIM card on the Buri is prompted that "This plan is not available in your country" when signing up for Napster. 

Repro Steps:
1)  Updated Buri to Build ID: 20140106004001
2)  Use a Buri with a US SIM card.
3)  In settings, ensure that the region is set to a "America" and the city is set to a US city. 
4)  Install the Napster app from the Marketplace. 
5)  Launch Napster and tap on "New to Napster" to register. 

Actual:
The user is redirected to a webpage that states "This plan is not available in your country.

Expected:
The user is redirected to a webpage where they can sign up for a plan.

This is expected behavior. The Napster app and service are only available in Latin America. (Brazil, Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico, Peru, Uruguay, Argentina, Chile, El Salvador, Guatemala, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Panama, & Nicaragua)
