This is a kind of a meta bug. 

Editors encounters quite a few small annoyance with the current editing UI (common things far apart, missing buttons in CKEditor, buttons we don't want editors to use, ...).

The plan is the following:
1. Be sure each of these annoyances has its own bug.
2. Link these to this bug.
3. Review them during the next off-site (doc team)
4. Get a review from UX (to be sure we didn't miss something)
5. Get them done as part of a mini-project.
6. Be happy :-)

Non-goal: complete revamp of the UI. The goal here is to fix small annoyances, not to make large-scale changes.
