Since in "Add more keyboards" you can enable and disable keyboards, do you think it would make any sense to update the title (and the button) to "Manage keyboards"?

Clearly not a big deal, but since I was about to update my locale, I thought it would be a good opportunity to update en-US as well.

I don’t have any strong opinion either way. Not sure that “Manage keyboards” would be a better title, but I agree there should be some room for improvement here.

Neo wasn't actually flagged unfortunately so this bug was left out.

It's been updated to "Select Keyboards" since 2.1. Needinfo Théo to confirm if this bug is still valid.

The new UX for this button/header in 2.1 looks really good to me, I think we can safely close this one.
