User Story:
As a user I want to be made aware of how my data will be used if I enable telemetry and e.me (or future trusted partner) data collection for the purposes of improving the product.
Acceptance Criteria:
1. Telemetry and trusted partner data collection is disabled by default.
2. In the FTE, I am told what the data collection for telemetry AND for trusted partners (e.me only, currently) is meant for.
3. In the FTE, I am able to enable data collection.

Flagging Jacqueline on FTE, but I can't resist saying I like option 2. :)

Hi Peter - Jishnu is out for a while, so I'm meeting with Mika and Geoff today. Will follow up again soon.

* Is the data anonymized? If so, should the text mention that?
* Re: option two, should those be checkboxes instead of radio buttons? Otherwise the user has to choose between Mozilla *or* our partners.

Sorry for the delay on this one.
I agree with others on this thread that option two looks the best to me. Also, yes the radio buttons should be changed to checkboxes, assuming that the user can select both options.
