bug 951491 comment 14 to 16 are also about this bug. Sorry for the split, I commented in the existing bug since my first guess was it was the same issue as Monster Madness, but seems it might not be, those comments show it is WebRTC related.

I did a rebuild with the patch from bug 919244, but I still get the same problem. Open the tab, wait a little, then close it, then open about:memory, and no matter how much time I wait or run minimize memory usage, it becomes a permanent ghost window.

I can't reproduce the problem. Can you still reproduce the problem Alon? What OS are you using? Did you do anything with the WebRTC permission prompt? When I checked, I just closed the page without interacting with the prompt.
