Reproduce Steps:

0. Create a AP with a long name
1. On test device, launch Settings
2. Tap on Wifi and turn on Wifi
3. Wait for a while until all available networks appears
   --> You can see the AP with long name overlapped with the wifi icon. Please see attached screenshot.

[expected] it would be better if we make the wifi name label shorter.

We discussed this in triage today and decided that although this looks bad it shouldn't block the release.  It also does not appear to be a regression.

If we get a fix, please request uplift.
