m.cntv.cn links to M3U8 files to play video, doesn't work on Firefox OS

:: Steps To Reproduce

Go to site, click through to a program, try to play an episode. You get a page with a "play" button but nothing happens when it's clicked.

The reason is that the button as a A HREF element linking to a M3U8 playlist. We need to either support this on Fx OS or evangelise those sites that link to M3U8 rather than directly to video files. (If we can support M3U8, we have more than enough evangelism to do already..)
