95812 - .vcf / vcard files bother window layout

When reading mail, if I select a message to view in the lower pane, the
scrollbars and divider bars will disappear if the message I'm viewing has a
vcard attached.  Also the text will scroll off the viewable pane of the window.

There does not seem to be any problem with other attachments.  Also, I've tried
the two different three pane views, and have the problem in both.

It does, however, seem to be window size dependant.  My laptop is 600x800, so I
have to view with 800 pixels or less width.  I did, however, notice that if I
drag the window out and make it wider (larger than will fit on the screen), the
scrollbars come back and it renders as expected.

I'm not positive, but I think I've had this problem in the Linux build as well.
I can create screenshots if you are interested.
