as discussed in bug 958141 lets rename plugins.stage.mozilla.com to plugins.allizom.org to better align with our standard naming conventions (and a bonus, it'll stave us a couple hundred bucks on ssl certs). the current ssl cert on plugins.stage.mozilla.com expires on feb 8, so ideally, lets get this done before the end of jan.
