I'd like an additional database each on the buildbot cluster and the scl3 staging cluster, both named 'buildapi'.  Please also add a 'buildapi' user with rw access to the former and a 'buildapi-stage' user with rw access to the latter.
I have made the databases and users and transmitted the passwords via secure means.
