Please find the attached corrections to the PSL. It ensures that every domain listed in the IANA Root Zone Database ( http://data.iana.org/TLD/tlds-alpha-by-domain.txt ) is explicitly included in the PSL, without reliance on any implicit algorithm rules.

It also removes several duplicates from the PSL, which are likely the result of a merge bug
