With the removal of same-compartment Components wrappers, and with the conversion of all SOW-able objects to new-bindings, there's a lot of junk that can go. I've got patches for this.

In <https://hg.mozilla.org/try/rev/7804a5645fed>, I think I'd just inline isWN in the one place it's used.
We've fixed Components, and SOWs are new-binding only. Youpie!
