XUL dialog doesn't work and this code is unused on Firefox Android. But APK package (omni.ja) still includes these (chrome/pippki/content/pippki/*)

Comment on attachment 8608723 [details] [diff] [review] Remove Cetificate XUL dialog Firefox Android has another implementation of this dialog as mobile/android/components/NSSDialogService.js. It is unused.
