User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:29.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/29.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20140106030203 Steps to reproduce: 1. Open the apps queue page in Reviewer Tools https://marketplace.firefox.com/reviewers/apps/queue/ 2. Click on a listed app. 3. Click the "Install" button to install the app. Actual results: Nothing happens. Expected results: App installation is started. Tried on Firefox Desktop on Windows and Firefox OS 1.1. I tried to replicate this locally and did have success. In my case, the problem was that I was using an outdated version of PyJWT-mozilla (somehow) yielding this 500 error: AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'rsa_load' After uninstalling and reinstalling that package the browser started prompting me to install the applications from the app's page. I am not sure if this is related to the problem that you are experiencing in production.
