Steps to reproduce:
1. Load Content Ratings page for an app with rating category 16 for PEGI https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/developers/app/test-app-kenny/content_ratings

Expected results:
Rating category image for PEGI is 16.

Actual results:
Rating category is 3.

Notes/Issues:
Verified on FF29 (Win 7).
