Steps to reproduce:

I dragging a Tab (I'm not release mouse button) when a download window appear. And click on save button on this download window.



Actual results:

After close window, the Tab position is corrupted (in transitional position)(See attached file) and it's not possible to move any Tab with mouse.


Expected results:

After, close window, the Tab position is not corrupted and it's possible to move any Tab.

When I performed a right click and select refresh on a corrupted Tab. That is refresh the corrupted Tab, the corrupted Tab become uncorrupted and all Tab can move correctly after that.

I can confirm the fist steps and the UI glitch, but I can still move the tabs.
