Steps to reproduce:

Hey I was using the Googles Chrome and IE8  liked the feature Duplicating Tabs 


cannot duplicate a page by right clicking for a another windows to open. with the googles YOU CAN.. 


Actual results:

well came over to the Fox the Notice the Duplicate Tab feature was not here 




Expected results:

Well, why is that?  I think its a cool feature

Workaround: Press Ctrl while Drag&Drop.
