User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux i686; rv:24.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/24.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20130911155657 Steps to reproduce: When I load a page, the images are not correctly displayed. This happens on several pages containing images, but not all. - This problem always appears when I load http://plaisirtricot.blogspot.fr/ (blog) - Almost always on http://www.lemonde.fr/ (newspaper) - Never on http://www.lefigaro.fr/ Looks similar to some very old reported bugs: 222621, 256747. Note that it still happens when : - used the latest version of Firefox (as advised on bug report guidelines) - created new profile - addons desabled (safe mode) - cache disabled This problem appears only on that particular computer. It's been the case for few months already, the system is up to date (automatic updates). I have only observed it in Firefox (for instance no problem in viewing images on my computer with the default image viewer software). Actual results: The images are wrongly displayed. I could observe different "phenomena" (see screenshots), and combinations of these (1) an image is displayed in the place of some other image (2) an image is not displayed at all (black square instead) (3) several images are mixed in one (4) some mixed-up rectangle of pixels is displayed. This looks like the pixels of an image are displayed in order, but on a spot of different width. It results in interleavings of lines in which one can recognize the initial image with some deformation, or only the colors. Each time that I load the page, different images suffer from the problem. Strange enough, some of the images on the page are altered more often than other ... Expected results: Images should be correctly displayed.
Could you attach the archive as zip, this one appears to be corrupt on Windows.
