95920 - Account order in Subscribe doesn't match that of folder pane

To reproduce:
1.  Create a few mail accounts for different servers.
2.  Create a few news accounts for different servers.
3.  Open the `Subscribe' dialog.
4.  Open the `Server:' popup menu.

What you should see:
*   Accounts listed in the same order in which they appear in the folder pane.

What you actually see:
*   Accounts listed in a different order.

This is STILL a problem in 1.5a (build 2003072813).  Copied my profile from my
old  laptop to a new one running Win XP Pro, modified prefs.js to rename paths
for my user name and the stupid .slt directory name (thats never the same). 
Start Mozilla and the mail account order in the folder pain is ordered
completely differently from the creation order and there does not appear to be a
way to arrange the display/organise the order for my 13 different mail and news
accounts.
