As a user, I want to manage CostControl features for each SIM card

Acceptance Criteria:
* full post-paid scenario:
** Outgoing calls/SMS will go through the same SIM card
** Outgoing calls/SMS won't go through the same SIM card
** A specific tag for the SIM card/s being monitored will be shown 
(UX input needed here)
* full pre-paid scenario:
** Check Balance
** Update Balance
** Top-up
** The pre-paid functionality can not be in use at the same time for both SIM cards, it will only be ready for the SIM card being the outgoing SMS default one. In case we want to offer a flow for users to change the outgoing SMS default SIM card from CostControl app - UX input is needed here
* combined scenario (post-paid & pre-paid) - UX input needed here: how to combine post-paid/pre-paid views
Note: notice that under this scenario if the pre-paid SIM card is active (outgoing SMS default SIM card) then SMS functionality for post-paid SIM card will be disabled or vice versa
* Every time a new SIM card is detected, the usage FTU process should be launched to configure the specific settings for that SIM card
** pre-paid: low balance alert, data report, data alert. Notice that if the outgoing SMS/data default SIM card is not the pre-paid one we should show an alert/flow to users - UX input needed here
** post-paid: phone, data report, data alert. Notice that under this scenario we should offer flow/alert to users in case data/outgoing calls/SMSs default SIM card is different from the post-paid one - UX input needed here
* when SIM card/s is/are absent a warning will appear - UX input needed here
* when SIM card/s is/are locked - UX input needed here
