We have a backend in the payment processor to handle simulations with a form field called simulate_fail (see lib/payments.js)

The UI needs to let you:

- simulate a credit card failure
- simulate a direct billing failure
- simulate a cancellation (see also bug 957774)

come to think of it, the front page only loads the direct billing screen. So I guess we also need the option "pay with credit card" to load that page.
