Steps to reproduce:

had a months-long history of many tabs in several windows


Actual results:

chose 'open all in tabs' from bookmarks menu. tabs in one of my windows were completely destroyed

open a **** new window with the tabs or create new tabs in the current window. **** you

What means 'destroyed'?

Seems like bug 175124 is supposed to have fixed this, although you could override the fix.

There is also bug 630123.

Tabs are not overwritten.
tabs are not overwritten, unless you have some add-on doing fancy things.. and if you wish to open tabs in a new window, just keep SHIFT pressed and select Open All in Tabs.
