Description:
Taking a photo from the lockscreen without a passcode enabled will result in a "Retake" and "Select" button appearing on the screen. There is also no preview image that appears on the top of the screen, and the user is unable to exit unless pressing the home button. 

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20140113040202
2) Press the power button twice
3) Swipe slider to the left towards Camera icon
4) Tap on the middle button to take a photo

Actual:
"Retake" and "Select" button show up on the UI and there is no preview image 

Expected:
There is no "Retake" and "Select" button

I've attached a logcat of this issue. The Firmware Version is incorrect from comment 0. It should be Firmware Version: V1.2-device.cfg.

Does this reproduce on 1.2 or 1.3?

This issue doesn't reproduce on 1.2 or 1.3. It was first introduced on Master M-C build and may be related to bug 958541.
