The following pages in SVN are not accessible in production anymore (for en-US, at least). I'll submit a patch to remove them from SVN.

This patch removes the following unused files from SVN:
en-US/firefox/all-locales.html
en-US/firefox/update/index.html
en-US/mobile/index.html
The /fraud-report/ files mentioned in comment #0 were already gone from SVN.
