Description

1. launch browser
2. go to http://people.mozilla.com/~nhirata/html_tp
3. long tap on any link
4. open the link in a new page.

Expected: background tab goes to web page, foreground tab stays the same
Actual: both background tab and foreground tab will go to the new page.

This issue does reproduce on the 01/14/14 1.3 build. The regression window for this issue shows that it started reproducing on the 12/20/13 1.3 build.

I see the same thing.  Works on today's 1.4.  This still occurs on 1.3; we should find out what fixed it on 1.4 and then push the fix onto 1.3.

The dependency here that kats cites is what fixed this. That's why qawanted was flagged originally - we thought the dependency would fix this bug.
