Details
Based on the discussion from bug #949379, it's a follow-up issue for translating strings related to date localization in manual way. We add event listener for localize event in start up currently, but we should have a more generic way for handling all the possible cases or even handle all the manual localize cases in l10n.js(please see https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/pull/15073#discussion_r8825588).

Since Bug 1035762 refactor the datetime localization into more general helper, close it as dup.
