Steps to reproduce:

I try to connect a user to the mail server with a password containing the symbol é, but it is not accepted.
If i replace the "é" in the user password by a "e" on the mail server, it works, i manage to connect the user to his mail box.

When using other mail client, it works fine. 

I used imap protocol, plain text password.






Actual results:

No mail if the password of a user contain a é.


Expected results:

It should work without asking user NOT to use special characters in password
